According to Brogan, “93% of people have a daily opt-in relationship with at least one consumer brand. 15% on Facebook. 4% on Twitter.”

    I agree with you. Coming up with strong solutions to take propects from Social Media contact to get to Email contact will make social media pay off. So really the old and the new need each other.
